We loved the feeling of being in a beautiful remote countryside scene in a very holy place! One had the sense that all around there was a great natural peace full of wonderful surprises of wildlife, plants and herbs: quite simply stunning! The staff, especially Simeon, Julie and Eleanora as well as our lovely lady in the restaurant went over and above : coming out to find us as we got lost in a location unknown to us at midnight! I don’t know how to thank them enough, especially Simeon and Julie : we intend to return to thank you personally 🙏💖

We booked a fantastic cookery course and the receptionist acted as the interpreter for the chef, which really helped and was great fun. The organisation for the course was brilliant and cannot be faulted. The restaurant and service was first class and the food was delicious. The location and views were stunning.
